●動力系統(tǒng)采用東方紅4110增壓發(fā)動機(jī)，儲備扭矩大，動力強(qiáng)勁，皮實耐造；故障率低，維修簡單，適應(yīng)井下高溫、潮濕等惡劣工況。
●傳動系統(tǒng)采用山推液力變矩器+動力換擋變速箱，前進(jìn)四檔，后退二檔，變速范圍大，并匹配大速比礦山機(jī)械輪邊減速橋，實現(xiàn)低速大扭矩，使一檔鏟裝更有力，鏟斗易于裝滿，作業(yè)效率高。
●行走系統(tǒng)采用液力變矩器、動力換檔變速箱，提高了可靠性。
●工作系統(tǒng)采用先導(dǎo)操控，使工作操作更加簡單，工作效率更高。
●電氣系統(tǒng)經(jīng)過防水防潮設(shè)計，適應(yīng)井下潮濕工況。
●發(fā)動機(jī)進(jìn)氣系統(tǒng)采用油浴式空氣濾清器，取代普通的紙質(zhì)空氣過濾器（紙質(zhì)濾芯會因進(jìn)氣潮濕而變形堵塞，失去過濾效果），無需更換濾芯。
●尾氣凈化系統(tǒng)采用水過濾裝置+氧化催化器，實現(xiàn)雙級過濾，尾氣以水霧的型式排出并快速沉降到地面，大大降低空氣污染，保護(hù)巷道環(huán)境及駕駛員身心健康。
●行車制動為多盤濕式制動，駐車制動為彈簧制動、液壓釋放，使制動安全可靠。
●整車機(jī)架鋼板加厚，整車鋼性增強(qiáng)，鏟斗鏟刃采用高強(qiáng)度合金鋼制造，耐磨抗剪切， V型結(jié)構(gòu)，減小了鏟取阻力，使用壽命更長。
●采用耐磨防穿刺光面橡膠輪胎，使用壽命長。
●爬坡能力強(qiáng)，滿載最大爬坡16°，在卷揚(yáng)機(jī)輔助下，可用于25°以內(nèi)斜坡道打掘進(jìn)，替代扒渣機(jī)。
●該機(jī)后車架可拆成5部分，便于下井。
