Job Description（職務(wù)描述） – Paint Shop Senior Foreman（噴漆間資深工長(zhǎng)）Tasks:工作職責(zé)·        Be responsible for paint preparation, masking,priming and final coating.·        負(fù)責(zé)監(jiān)督噴涂工藝流程和整體流程，噴漆前工件的預(yù)處理，表面維護(hù)，底漆及漆面的噴涂工藝?！?       Assure in time process flowunder consideration of product quality, just in time delivery and ideal usageof teams and facilities capacity.·        確保每個(gè)工藝流程都符合生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，并保證在規(guī)定的時(shí)間內(nèi)完工?！?       Continuous Improvement ofPainting Technics and  SAP Systems applied.·        不斷提升噴漆技術(shù)和SAP系統(tǒng)的需求?！?       Organization and Supervision ofall Paint shop Facilities as well as related Equipment Maintenance Intervals·        負(fù)責(zé)組織和監(jiān)督噴漆設(shè)備及其相關(guān)的內(nèi)部設(shè)備的定期維護(hù)工作?！?       Assure cleanliness and tidinessof all areas·        確保噴漆廠(chǎng)區(qū)的整體清潔?！?       Assure safe and environmentaloperation as per requirements of the zone ·        保證該工作區(qū)域的安全。·        Be responsible for the paint shop working hours, materials and otherdaily management work.·        負(fù)責(zé)噴漆車(chē)間工時(shí)、物料等的日常管理工作。 YourProfile:任職條件：·        Several Years of Experience inPaintworks of high value items, ideally construction machinery or similar.·        具有3-5年大型組裝機(jī)械噴漆工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)·        Experience in operating andmanaging of Series Production Paint Shop Assemblies.·        具有操作和管理系統(tǒng)性噴漆間組裝的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)?！?       Honest and Trustworthy, strongsense of leadership and independent working.·        誠(chéng)實(shí)可信，有領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力，能獨(dú)立完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交付的任務(wù)?！?       Experience in surface treatmentincluding paint and other related technologies.·        懂得噴漆表面處理或相關(guān)的其他技術(shù)?！?       Communicatewith others in English.·        能用英語(yǔ)進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)單交流?！?       Familiar with office software operation such as word, excel, PPT.
